The WorkShop Sacramento COVID-19 Safety Protocols 

Open to the public as of 1/13/2021

To comply with federal, state, and local requirements, we have created COVID-19 Prevention PlanThis plan was developed in accordance with guidelines set forth by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and California Department of Public Health (CDPH) guidelines, and federal OSHA standards related to COVID-19. 

Below are some of the general safety guidelines established for The WorkShop Sacramento—please note, this is not a comprehensive listTo view the plan in its entirety, please email 

  • The open space area of The WorkShop Sacramento will have no more than 20 individuals seated at the tables and desks. To maintain proper social distancing, please sit at designated spaces only. Desks and open area marked with the appropriate signage are not available for seating. 
  • Conference room use is available by appointment and will be restricted as follows: 
  • Small conference room – no more than four (4) while maintaining proper social distancing 
  • Large conference room – no more than six (6) while maintaining proper social distancing
  • The WorkShop Sacramento staff will sanitize the area upon your exit 
  • All WorkShop events that utilize either the main common area or conference room space for groups of more than six (6) will not be allowed until further notice. 
  • Avoid handshakes and similar greetings that break physical distance guidelines and avoid congregating in lobbies, waiting area, and other common areas of The WorkShop Sacramento.
  • Do not congregate in the reception area, kitchen, upstairs common space, or printer area; when in or near those areas, maintain proper social distancing. 
  • When walking up or down the stairs, the catwalk to offices on the second floor, or the bridge that crosses the koi pond in The WorkShop Sacramento, please be mindful of social distancing and allow other individuals to pass unimpeded.
